Well, we're off and running with the piggy page finally......
How do you keep your piggies cool during the hot season? Check
out this page. Along with the doggies, kitties, and fishies, piggy-cooling ideas and tips on how to identify heat stroke
can be found here.
Great Links to Other Piggy Sites
Below are some of the most informative and well-intended piggy sites
on the web. This list will hopefully grow as I find sites that are friendly and informative and with a little humor.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm about tired of overly-polite, napkin using, tut-tutting sites and forums who can't
stand a bit of color or heat. We are piggy owners, are all different, and should be allowed to be the poop-cleaning
freaks we are!
This is where we found Franklin and Hamilton. A wonderful woman
named Mary runs this clean and superb rescue out of her home near Seattle, Washington. If you live up here, check
her out.
This site has it all! It's where I found out about Kleenmama's
hay and how to build the Pigopolis that now houses the most spoiled piggies in Yelm. This site's links are
a wealth of information, and this is a site I'd recommend to anyone thinking about adding a pair of piggies to their home.
This website is invaluable if you have guinea pigs. Peter Gurney
gives up years and years of experience graciously so that we can educate ourselves about the health of our little, delicate
pigs.
